Yeah, that's all I need to hear. Although I am not personally impacted by this issue (I am quite satisfied with choosing the "female" option, whether it applies to sex or gender), I'm not going to continue offering support to a site that I know gives such treatment to those people who ARE impacted.

I'll leave my art up for those people who still enjoy it, but that's it. And JoeMerl, because I promised you a request, I guess I'm stuck on this site long enough to give you that. Unless you come up with it really fast, you might be better off sending your request to me through FFnet's PMs and/or by emailing me. Since, uh, I'm not exactly gonna be checking back here.

If/when I get an alternate art account on some other site, I'll post the link up here. Do any of you people who I actually know have accounts on other sites? (Because if I'm gonna be migrating, it'd be nice to migrate to some place where I know some of the members already.)

And now for a dramatic parting comment. (Those are necessary for artists going OMG I'M LEAVING DA FOREVER, right?) I've enjoyed you for six years, dA. I've done a lot more looking than contributing but I did enjoy the looking, I will indeed miss the art, and I'm sorry that this happened right when I was actually starting to contribute more art. However: screw you. You bigoted, close-minded assholes.
